Mazilla, I would like to know why exactly you think pizza is the worst food out there?

Today is a “cheat day”. I shall eat one for the sake of pizzas everywhere. I won’t even chew.
Whoa, damn dude calm down. I was just trying to offer a sugesstion. But if you want to know moving gyms wasn’t just based on the people in there. I go to small Div II school in South Texas. The gym is ridiculously small and filled with all of the ORIGINAL cybex machines, no benches(only smith a machine), no squat rack(only smith a machine), no area for deads(too cluttered with machines), and DB’s that only go up to 80 lbs. So based off the description of the gym maybe you can visualize the type of people that trained there.
Moving gyms was a choice I made that helped make a huge difference in my training and I thought I would offer it up to this kid. But if guys like you are just gonna hang on the boards and bash people when they contribute I’ll be sure to start including all of the background info that goes into my post so you can have the facts before you slam someone.
And I never said anyhting about bad genetics. If I’m not reaching my goals it’s because I am falling short in either my diet, training, or recovery not because I didn’t win the genetic lottery.
jesus christ im getting tired of this. its not my fault you didnt provide your reason the first time. you certainly more than implied you changed because of the other people in the gym. say what you mean the first time, and people wont jump on you for something that you didnt mean. finally, just to be clear, the guy didnt say anything was wrong in the first place, so you suggestion for him to find a more hardcore or better gym was simply unnecessary.
You are right about my post. I probably should have been more clear the first time and maybe the term “hardcore” was extreme but I think the idea behind it clear enough to be understood. Dude you need to just take it easy and aske someone to explain more instead of raising hell. I read on another post that you aren’t even 21 yet, that is way too young to be so so high strung and short with people. You sound like your piss off at the world insome of your posts.
Anyway I will be specific when I post in the future. Take care and lift heavy.
i am pissed off just about every time i get on this website anymore. i am tired of skinny little bitches. i dont mind skinny people trying to get bigger, but skinny little bitches coming on here wanted to cut up is something i dont understand. what are they even doing here? it pains me to say this, but i think im going to have to try and stay away from this website for a while, theres more and more newbies thinking that they know every goddamned thing. so yea, every time i get on here any more im laughing out of disbelief and shaking my head, but just in case anyones concerned, i leave the frustration at the computer.
i used to love this site, and it was a part of my nightly rountine to get on here before bed and read some stuff and look at peoples tips and stuff. its not the same here though. im hoping there is a shift back to what it used to be though.
on the abercrombie shirt thing, i bought a polo one a few years back when i visted here, it was an extra large and was tight on me, i have since put on about 15 lbs of mucsle since (i didnt work out back then) and now its so fkn tight it cuts off the circulation…any other normal place would make them to fit nicely, but no, abercrombie have to appeal to the coke age…fuck me…
Yeah I know what you mean. It seems that every new guy on here wants to look like Brad Pitt from fight club. You just gotta take it with a grain of salt and sift through the bullshit. After awhile you know who legit posters are.
I think quiting this site is not the right thing to do. I think as a more experienced lifters we should build the newbies up instead of break them down. I always try to offer anyone the best advice I can on a subject that know something about. I think more than anything that is what has been lost from this site. It seems that more and more people are quick to tell someone they are wrong and call them a newb instead of helping them out and contributing to the thread.
Whatever you decide, best of luck in the future.

Did they draw their eyebrows like women ?
Holy hell.
Man, I love being a peasant with dirty boots, dirty beard and damn dirty accent, thanks to these little shemales.
no no. You dunk the doughnuts into the coffee. This makes it one food. Kinda like putting your protein into milk. The Doughnut becomes one with the coffee.
Actually I believe that the correct thing to do is to flame the little scrawny bastards untill they leave. No beta male will muscle me out.

Haha yeah this seems to be true in a lot of cases.
Just beware of the palate burns that go along with not chewing a hot pizza.

If you’re so gosh-durned pissed, then by all means go away. Every one of your posts in this otherwise light-hearted and goofy thread has been full of bile and bitter, impotent anger. (Not to mention a total lack of grammar.)
Also: you want the site to go “back to what it used to be”? According to your profile, you’ve been here for four months.
Ah, the good ol’ days of 2005. Life was simple then!
get comfortable, this is gonna take a minute…actually i used to be registered as arnold215 or ahnold215, i dont remember which, but neither of them come up when you search, perhaps they get rid of them after a certain period of inactivity/not logging in.
but yea, i made that name sometime during my freshman year of college and visited the site pretty often, but never posted. since i was never posting anything, i never logged in, and soon i forgot what my password was.
all through sophomore year i had a workout partner that seemed to have his shit together with the weights, he was bigger than me, and at least slightly stronger on all lifts, so i pretty much did what he did. eventually i didnt like his workouts and began to incorporate things i read on here, although never tried a full “T-Nation” program until a couple months ago.
point being ive been visiting this site regularly for about two years as i am now a junior. i just made a new name in september when i wanted to post something and couldnt remember my log-in. think what you want, but anyone thats been here a while knows that its “a bit of a different crowd” here lately.
a couple months ago i saw this article in a mens health, which i bought for some articles, not training info btw–anyway, this website was written up as the most “hardcore workout” website or something like that. perhaps that explains the masses now logging on looking to get “more hardcore”.
you should be happy that you didnt notice a change, then you wouldnt be frustrated with the people idolizing bruce lee’s physique, asking what their bodyfat is while holding a shoe, posting pics of themselves “before 14 weeks of Alpha Male” when in reality Alpha Male isnt going to do shit for them because they are young and still have high test levels.
and how can i forget the thread where some newbie went to the doctors and told the doc that he had all the symptoms of low test, even though he didnt really have the symptoms, but he wanted to know how he could fake it for the test that the doc was going to run…and people told him how!
just so he could score some testost. injections from the doc! oh yea, what about the skeletons that post pics of themselves leaned back against a wall at an angle, all “sexy like” with their calvin klein, perry ellis, polo…etc, boxers sticking out just high enough so you can read the brand…then they ask what areas they should work on. hmmm.
how bout eating a fucking cheeseburger before you faint and lifting a fucking weight when you recover from that. we are getting more and more of this shit. people that are 5’11" barely 180lbs with a 42in chest asking how to “cut”. then people say what the fuck are you cutting for.
others jump and say hey not everyone wants to be a huge BBer leave him alone. but WTF! “cut” as its used on here is definitely a thing BBers do…i mean holy shit, to the few big guys that do post their pics from time to time, thank you so much, you are truly keeping this site alive. girls too, the girls that have been posting deserve credit, but im talking about the guys here.
this is fucknig T-Nation. this is manorexics.com! its fine if people dont want to look like a bodybuilder, and arent into muscles. perfectly fine. but what the fuck are you doing here if you arent into that? have fun with that now
I don’t understand some of the stuff in this thread. Firstly there might be some correlation between having posted here for ages and knowing some stuff from reading threads and articles.
But there are people who may have only made one post who are very knowledgeable already.
All I have to say is that those dudes are freaking me out.

Since I turned 35, I’ve got stiff, four inch long, white hairs growing out of my eyebrows. If I let them grow they look like cat whiskers. After seeing that picture I’m letting them grow, just on general principle.

Im 19. I go to school with pretty boys. I work with pretty boys. I see pretty boys at the gym. Hell, I live with a pretty boy (my brother). Am I the only teenager that wants to get HUGE?
I am 6’2, 214 right now. And gaining. And I love it! I love eating. My typical day of food includes, but is not limited to: Oatmeal, cereal, turkey sandwiches, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, mass shakes, chipotle, chicken breasts, pizza… anything I can get my hands on that I can gain weight with.
I love doing heavy lifts. I love the way my body feels when doing heavy deadlifts. I love it when my legs feel like jello after doing squats. I love it when my forearms are bulging so hard that they hurt from doing heavy ass shrugs.
I am so tired of seeing pics of fellow teens on here asking if their body fat is low enough. Or asking how they can “cut” when they only weigh 160 pounds.
Am I alone??
be less concerned with people at your gym. remeber, because you are lifting for gains, and love it very sincereley, that does ot in anyway negate others training program.
besides that, your mindset it perfect for gains. good luck
Regarding Exhibit A. I have to refrain from strangling kids like that every day. I vent my anger in the gym.

Well, there’s still plenty of great information and good posts on this site.
