Misgrooved badly onto my toes one of the HB squats. Made the back of my knee feel weird at the very bottom, and later on resonated into my hamstring. Forgot about it though. Weird.
Deadlifts felt about as easy as they did before injury. Didn’t blow anything out but had a little nerve compression afterwards that’s pretty much gone now.

This was an idiotic idea. Should not have been pulling at all. Didn’t get hurt but my back wasn’t feeling it, so I tried doing high pulls instead. Was super lethargic and realized how pointless this was, so I cut things short and bounced. I need to start eating consistently early in the day. Need something to run off of.
