Can you describe the feeling? At this point, might as well start doing some leg press, leg curls, and anything else that targets your lower body without compromising your back.

Kind of like a knot over a general region if it makes any sense. I probably could have just pushed through it to be honest but I frankly don’t care to find out at this point.

They didn’t, but that doesn’t mean they don’t still put stress on it. I can still train my lower body to some extent, but I think it’s better to put any type of heavy lower lifting on the backburner. Besides, for all I know they could be intolerable now.
