There seems to be a lot of hate towards Greeks around here.
Don’t get us started on Greek Intermittent Fasters!!!
oh wait, Greeks nowadays may just look like Facko due to the crisis.

Malaka. ![]()
Cool…Who said I had no goals to gain more mass? I didn’t say that, ever.
You guys need to take a look through my post count and realize that I HAVE been over 190lbs at my height ar around 15-16% bodyfat. I trained powerlifting and competed in USAPL.
I’m all about size and strength…I just needed, for myself, to cut bodyfat. Yes, I’m proud of the level of bodyfat I’ve attained because I’ve NEVER been one to have abs or display a good amount of definition. It’s new to me and I’m happy with results that I’ve achieved even if it was at the expense of losing some muscle for the time being.
You can gain just as much muscle IFing as you can not IFing…you can lose just as much fat IFing as you can not IFing. Again, never touted this approach as the best approach, so why the hate? What works for you, works for you. As for the initial “greek” comment…that was directed towards someone who basically decided it was a good idea to be a complete dick and attempt to make someone feel shitty on a forum…of which, I don’t really know why.
…You guys act as though I’m the typical skinny kid with abs who thinks he needs to cut again. Far from the case.
But…w.e…This board is filling with way to much polarity, and way too much shitty comments…
hey man - we are just joking around and having fun, at least, I am. You are taking things too seriously, like ya did with the thriller comments, lol. ![]()
Wait, people have issues with intermittent fasting?

Yessir, check out this thread or the Martin Burkham (Berkhan) thread. It’s getting a bit ridiculous.

apparently so…we all need to get off the board.
[quote]SSC wrote:

people have issues with anything that doesn’t directly correspond to how they do things on this site. any question or idea always results in a pissing match, pathetic really
EDIT:
Yeah, wow, just saw your guys’ responses and I was reading through that thread while waiting. Pretty crazy.
I really can’t speak about half the things that MODOK touched upon, because science IS science, however -
Pretty sure that 90% of the (now removed) BOI members had been doing IF over the last 6-12 months or so. And most, if not all, of them are bigger, stronger, and leaner than some of IF’s detractors, and only got in better shape since doing it. I had some minor qualms myself, until I saw the results before my eyes. And when I say “before my eyes,” I mean they would LITERALLY post before-and-afters that had some serious and dramatic changes.
So, I’m not picking an argument but it’s pretty asinine for anyone to automatically dismiss something because the guy who came up with the model is making bank.
It’s also pretty ass-backwards to pretend like there could never be new or pertinent information in regards to bodybuilding that may not have been well-versed knowledge 10-30 years ago.

Bro, enough honestly. All you can do is say jokes, lol. I can state facts.
FACT: You are seriously NOT in good shape AT all aesthetically. It’s terrible. I don’t know how you train or eat, but it’s bad. Even when I ate fast food all the time and stuffed food down my gullet from the morning till bed and trained powerlifting with long rest periods…I wasn’t NEARLY as fat as you are.
…however, if it makes you feel better about your gut to shoot jokes and b.s at me, go for it.
Keep fighting for peanuts in those no-name mma fights…you big warriorrrr.

No interest, man. You came at me as a dick for no reason. Good luck in your endeavors.

This response from kaisermetal makes him a dick?
I disagree. This was a tame response. It wasn’t “dick” at all.
