Whatever you do its all about confidence. I’m more confident if I don’t look like an emo high school kid so I do the most normal hair cut in the book and let my winning personality do he leg-work.
Go with something like that. Maybe a bit shorter on the sides since youre young. Sideburn length is important. DOnt make them too short or too long. [/quote]
too long is better than too short, as it takes youngins an awful long time to grow em back. No longer than ear-lobe seems like a good rule of thumb. Past that youd better just grow mutton chops and drink pbr and wear plaid.

Yeah with your skin colored hair (especially your eyebrows) you are going to look like an albino if you take too much off the top. A couple inches off the top and blended on the sides. I have extremely puffy hair also and I find that a scissor cut on the sides makes it not differ in texture SO much from the top.
