Hello guys, I’m taking .7 test 2 times a week how do I calculate how much I’m taking each week? I’m also taking 1ml mast with it. I am 21 and I am new to being enhanced. Does anyone have real advice for me so I can do better research I have a coach that gives me cycle advice so that’s good
So you just blindly start taking gear before doing any research.
I’m all about helping people here but this just blows my mind.
Here’s my advice:
Stop taking test and PCT and then go about your life. At 21yo you body and brain are not done developing. You are causing damage that you will have to deal with the rest of your life and you apparently have not even begun to educate yourself prior to starting this.
Your coach is an idiot for giving you drugs at your age. He doesn’t care about your health.

As far as calculating how much you’re taking, if you can’t do this simple math, which is no more than elementary school math, you have bigger issues to sort.
As for real advice, fire the coach, stop taking whatever you’re taking, and actually educate yourself. You have one of the most powerful, information containing devices ever created in your hands and pocket at all times. If you can’t develop a baseline understanding on your own, nobody here will spoon feed you.

As pointed out already pointed out … your not on TRT. Just say your on gear or doing a cycle.
