I Love Low Dose Cycles. Test E Deca, Then Test Prop NPP

After doing several 10 - 14 week average dose ( 500 -750 mg/w test , 600 mg/w eq or deca ) cycles , I thought i would give a low dose cycle a go.
wk 1 - 9 Test E 300mg/w , Deca 300mgs/w , proviron 50mgs ed
wk 10 - 13 Test Prop 300mgs/w , NPP 300mgs/w , proviron 50mgs ed
wk 14 - 17 Nolva 40/30/20/10

Almost finished the cycle now , a week or so to go. Start nolva 3 days after last jab.

This is the first time I’ve used Prop & NPP … and they are the shit. Love em … so clean, and trim you up nicely … and of course, no down time leading into PCT. And also no pain - i was anxious about the pain impairing my training - but no problems - glutes and chest eod - too easy.

Results : gained 22 lbs , bodyfat down 2% … and on a side note, I only gym once a week - deadlift, squats and trows. The rest of my training in in the pool, and on the mat/bag.
No bloat, sex dive/function has been great, no sides at all.

Next cycle will be Prop & NPP only … a 6 weeker, low dose again :slight_smile:

Planning in doing a low dose cycle in the near future, 300/mg wk, nice to hear you got some results! Most people have said “baaaahhhhh 500mg/wk minimum”

Thanks J, yeah do it man. I mean if it was just a test only cycle … my gains would have been half, i’m sure.
Week 3- 5 i put on 3 or 4 kgs
Wk 6 - 9 another 3 or 4 kgs … Decas working, love the Nandrolone … feels awesome.
Wk 10 - 12 another 3 kgs … another jump when i switched to NPP/Prop

You were only 180 lbs at 6’ at the beginning of this cycle, and you’ve ran 6 previous ones???

Does your diet consist mainly of water and grass?

haha, sometimes. I’m certainly no bodybuilder. I’ll sit in temple for a few months at a time - i dont really care about being huge , but when i’m back into physical training , the gear helps :slight_smile:

I do not recommend deca usage, even NPP. EQ is much safer for the given anabolic effects but will not reach blood concentration levels fast enough even with a front load to be effective for a short cycle, even tren is safer than deca and dramatically more effective at lower doses.

I also recommend starting nolva the day after the last jab, even though the compounds have not cleared yet, you can bring the nolva to effective blood concentration levels by the time the compounds clear without using a frontload on the nolva, which tends to make you cry at VISA commercials from the excessive estrogenic compounds floating about.

I never recommend pinning upper body besides perhaps delts with, 1/2 inch 29g pins, in advanced users. And certainly never chest, there is far too many nerves and blood vessels.
It is better to abuse your upper quads, your ventro gluteal, and rear glutes than to pin upperbody. use 25g pins to limit scar tissue always, if you cant be patient when you inject you have no business injecting, never forget that.
