Wont be back in the commercial gym with the hammer equipment, i got pulled into the office by the gym manager over a harmless bit of banter with a staff member. Fu#king sick to death of these pinko liberal snowflakes that take offence over everything. All i said was “good to see ya doing some work” to staff member that was mopping, something hundreds of people said to me when i worked in factories and butchery. These entitled pricks wont be happy until everyone are as truely miserable as they are. Back to the working class strongman gym, at least i can have a bit of banter there without someone getting they’re knickers in a twist.
Really impressive pressing. I guess I figured with all that beautiful heavy duty hammer equipment your gym would be a little more hardcore. They get offended by something like that they’d fall down on the floor in tears at cousin Mike’s place. Sounds like the working class strongman gym is a better option.

I know mate, i really dont know whats going on with the world now, if you not a “toxic male” your “white privileged”, a “coloniser” or transphobic if you call a woman a woman or use the wrong pronoun. Best about it is, thepeople throwing these terms about are the most protected, entitled, privileged people any society has ever produced🤦
One top set of 10-12 deadstart reps per exercise, 5 second rest pause between each rep. Not sure if I like it this form of RP tbh, feels like your unnecessarily prolonging the enviable for no additional benefit.
Currently in my holiday home up on the coast of Co Antrim. Found a very small but sufficient independent gym just a 10 minute walk from the apartment, has free weights, a pulldown/seated combo, leg extension/curl combo, smith machine and double cable machine. Sometimes less is more. Might stay up here a few more weeks…
