Was looking at my own record’s, am currently 253lb, exactly 70lb down from were i was at yhe end of the second covid lockdown here (April 21). 50lb of that weight loss was in the last year. The goal is 240lb, wouldnt wanta be lighter than that at 6’4 or my mates would call me a “long streek of piss” again lol.

Ya know these are the first Nautilus machines ive ever used, and after all the hype…especially from the HIT community…i gotta say they’re some of the worst machines ive ever used!! What “expert” at Nautilus thought the angle on these handles was a good idea must just have arrived from Mars…the wrist is angled the opposite direction to what it should be!! Terrible design. Think I’ll stick to dumbbells in the future. The only Nautilus machine i actually like is the angled smith machine, ultra smooth, but theres nothing new there.
