New addition to the home gym, got a super sweet deal on 35,40,45 and 50kg dumbbells. Picking up 5-30s tomorrow on Monday…woop woop. Had to sell my chest supported row…she was taking up a little too much room. Also got treated myself to apollon wheels and a new open hex bar too. Also getting proper gym flooring put down.

Well, unfortunately we have a aul donkey that cant string a sentence together called Biden, crooked Hillary and her promiscuous husband coming here next week to mark 25 years of the so called peace agreement in N Ireland…Hillary has already weighed in on the unionist/loyalist communities current stand…her comments have not gone down well to say the least.
Youd think they’d be more concerned with focusing their attention on fixing their own problems like millions of illegals pouring in, Marxists mobs burning down cities and mass shootings etc, but theyd rather come here and pretend to be holier than thou. Not to mention…the majority of the funding for Marxist real IRA terrorism came from the US and was used to murder innocent unsuspecting civilians on the streets i grew up on, i myself was injured by an IRA bomb when i was i was 10. The irony :man_facepalming:

Good to see you post. Those problems are their success stories.

Thanks Bam…was on hols with the misses for our 26 year wed anniversary…too much food and drink lol…back on track though…

Ive been to the Normandy beaches on two occasions in France, i broke down when i saw all those crosses of young men from of all colour’s and backgrounds that give they’re lives for the good of themselves and future generations…i often wonder now would they have bothered if they knew what is happening now. Our enemies are laughing at us…because we’re destroying ourselves from within.
Last week i saw the US press sec stand and empathise with the trans shooter that murder 3 nine year olds and 3 teachers…wtf like?? Now i see a “trans veganance” movement is starting…inciting violence against anyone that dares exercise they’re free speech…if you dare disagree with drag shows in primary schools your labelled a Nazi, a bigot, homophopic, transphopic or are assulted by a mob of these men in wigs …but i digress…

Congrats on number 26 newlywed. Been to the Normandy beaches twice. Once as a youngster growing up in Europe and once when I was stationed in Europe. My US Grandfather thankfully was already inland and didn’t have to go up the beaches on DDay.

Thanks Harr.

Its a sobering place for sure. I grandfather was on sword beach, of course it was no where near as well defended as say…Omaha. But he was later killed inland. My other grandfather had TB in 44, but was a vet and helped with preparations of the allied forces here in NI. Am actually only of few miles away from the NI somme heritage centre, next time am there ill make a wee video and post it. Would love to go to Hiroshima…you ever been?

Been to Hiroshima and the Sanno Shine (“the one legged torii”) and the 2 surviving Camphor Trees that for some reason I found more moving. I was on an extended TDY to Yakota AFB outside Tokyo and #2 Brother and his wife who is Japanese came to visit and we got a week off and traveled all over by rail. Standing at the shrines it hit me that her mother had survived the bombing of Tokyo and ours had survived the bombing of Stuttgart and my wife’s father had been a decorated Guerrilla as a very young man in the Philippines during WWII. And here all of us were together. Fate is strange.

Ah man thats incredible, that would be amazing. Yeah ive heard about the trees, its almost like nature’s left them in memory…and yes, fate is a funny thing.
Its one of those things though, the world was a very different place, as awful as it was…i see those bombings as what was a necessary evil…Japan would have fought to the last man.

Still grinding away…making progress week on week. Hols my training partner also continues to make great progress…shes gained 5kg and lost bodyfat at the same time. Shes doubled her many of her key lifts in the last 9 weeks aswell. Not bad considering shes trained consistently for nearly 20 years.

Happy Easter peps:)
