Weight loss started moving gain since stagnating last week, 1.5kg more lost!!
Driving home with the wife from an early supper last night and the beautiful full moon had just risen over the horizon with a bright orange hue to it. When we turn onto the road to our house it was directly in front of us at the end of the road. Simply beautiful.

Must say, since ive started training with Hols my training has improved greatly, shes a 35yo personal trainer herself (she trains my wife) and has a never quit attitude!! Shes boxed and currently plays GAA at a high level. One of the best TPs ive ever had the pleasure training with.
That’s a proper leg press, that is.
Yeah theres several LPs in the gym…but that wee old school one is by far the best. Dont make them like they used too.

Hols continues to make great progress, 3 weeks ago she couldn’t even lift this weight (65kg per hand) without straps. Shes up to a 35kg dumbbell on one arm OHPs for triples. Shes gained 4kg of muscle in the last 4 weeks!! Trying to coax her into doing a strongman show later in the year.
Hols is a strong lady. love your encouragement.
Shes getting stronger by the week too. We’ve all heard it said men are stronger than woman, but Ive encountered a good few woman over the years like Hols that are stronger than the majority of guys in the gym…especially when it comes to leg, hip and back strength. They tend to train harder and complain less too.
