I just feel like my classes got in the way of my college experience 
Other than that I had a blast. By the way, that fraternity sounds awsome. The one that I mingled with on occasion were drunken potheads who thrived off of belittling others, but they sure did know how to party…

I haven’t seen a dime from either of my parents (mom doesn’t make enough, dad is cheap). I am in a program that has nothing but science and math. I’ve taken no loans yet. I’m also enjoying the whole experience so far, no it’s not like the movies will have you believe where every night is an all out orgy with the european sorority from next door but it’s certainly not something I’ll look back on in a negative light. I can certainly understand not enjoying it if you just hate school though.

I hate college right now I have to read an article by some asshole about his perfect world. To make it even dumber he does it “I Have a Dream” style. It covers the typical jack assetry of all sociologists by saying girls and boys should be the same, fat people should love themselves, and even one where he says "Inmy perfect world mens relationships will go beyond drinking beer and watching the super bowl. (either he’s gay or has dad issues) College can be good (BUT DO NOT TAKE SOCIOLOGY CLASSES)
I’m in a dual enrollment program between a Community College and 4 year public Uni. It’s a program that allows to take transferable classes at 1 for alot less while working on your Junior and Senior ones at the other.
I’d tell you where I go but it doesn’t really matter. 4 year commuter school and community college at same time.
I pay for school myself between loans, and scholarships.

Academics frown upon stuff like that and may kick a person out if they even get a whiff of an inclination toward something like that.

For better or for worse, it’s been shown that there is virtually no correlation between success and IQ above 120. Personally, I disagree in an academic setting as the more intelligent people will naturally be able to grasp concepts that elude the grasp of others, but I can see how hard work can make up for any gap in intelligence (at a certain point) in the real world.
As far as the anger goes, I look at it this way: there is no point in being angry, it fails to accomplish anything. There are going to be things that have the potential to bug you everywhere you go in life, the sooner you learn to adapt to and deal with your surroundings the better. This is not to say you should be a doormat, just pick your battles. Sitting angrily and seething over an unfair teacher isn’t going to do anything to remedy the situation. Just keep doing well, worry about yours, and find a way to enjoy life because these situations are going to present themselves time and time again.
And for the record, I too am in college. While I acknowledge that it is incredibly difficult/unfair at times, I recognize it’s a time that will be unlike anything other I will experience in my lifetime, and I know it would be a shame to waste it.

I agree and it’s sad that the majority of people only recognize the great results an individual produces and says “I wish I was that smart” but fail to realize the cut throat work ethic most of these top performers live by. It seems to me that work ethic tends to separate the “intelligent” from the “unintelligent” in most cases and not IQ.
