For the majority of us, we either pay for or have to get loans to afford to go to school, work 1 or 2 jobs, and be poor as fuck for the next 4-5 years. I don’t see how that situation is in anyway “fun”.
Just saw this. Have you been stalking me? Cuz that’s pretty much how my life looks like too now
The vast majority of the people I have met who hate that much are themselves the problem, pessimistic outlook much?
Protip; If one person hates all people in said group (Professors), it is more than likely that the individual just likes to hate, rather than all others deserving it.
I enjoy college. My majoring in bio. Definitely not an easy major but also definitely not as hard as engineering (mechanical, electrical, biomedical). However I am also participating in research and am volunteering at a hospital about 45 mins away from where I live.
My parents pay what they can but I also get some financial aid. The rest is paid for through loans. Am I going to be debt after college? Yes. Small price to pay if I’m able to finish the pharmacy route. I look at it as an investment.
You’re surrounded by beautiful girls; a lot of freedom provided that you go to school far from home; meet many new people, some who will be life long friends; get the opportunity to dick around and be an ass clown. Time management is so key and if you can figure out what works for you, I don’t see how you CAN’T have a good time in college.
After this, its a 9-5 job day in and day out. No more parties, random hookups (at least not as frequent), no more doing stupid shit. A lot of people tell me life gets “real” after college. I’m gonna enjoy these years while they last.
Yes people will piss you off and yes shit is unfair. That’s called life, get used to it. All you can do is make small changes to make everything more bearable, drop the attitude and realise different people care about different shit than you do. It doesn’t matter whether they’re wrong or not. Sounds like joining a frat is a good idea, talking about this stuff with friends is definitely “healthier”. Drop the race crap as well, a lot of your posts seem to focus abnormally on skin colour or heritage as if that shit means anything.
Also:
I get that stuff builds up inside and you need to vent, but seriously man - grow a pair. You may have it hard, but there are plenty of people who have it harder than you. The difference is that you are obsessing over this when you could just let it go and try and have some fun. Yes other people have it easier, accept it, move on, then go enjoy yourself.
Oh, and what’s with the stoner hate? Sounds like there’s some history there.
its life, get used to it… stop bitching
edit:also what school are you going to that has you ranting this hard over stupid shit… get laid, it will chill you out
I find academia to be unnatural myself. What with the subordination, the inactivity. These fellows have also pegged their whole lives and self image on the academic system.
Granted we need science and the like. Frats are interesting, pretty girls are fun, and depending on your school, environment and your own initiative you can do stuff like paintball and riding horses, biyyyatch
Bravo OP!
Hating everyone is not racism, he’s just pointing out thier lesser qualities, some just happen to be appropriate stereo types.
And if he was really letting this shit get to him, wouldnt he take his aggression out in public and not a forum? Let it out homie! and fuck everyone else thats offended.

YOU DO NOT REALIZE WHO THE FUCK I AM!
I hate arrogant fucks who feel that I should care who the flying fuck they are. Generally, unless I’m fucking you or your signing me a check I really don’t care who you are.
Besides that you’ve got a serious Holden Caulfield complex going on. Still I gotta admit your perspective was entertaining. I’d read your next rant haha.
I’m curious why you care so much about what other people are doing. People are always going to continue to do things that you think are entirely stupid and piss you off. If it doesn’t affect you, you’re better off just ignoring it and doing your own thing.

x2.
spot on. total fucking bullseye.
Why the hell is your biology teacher giving out fitness advice? Does he just sort of pepper bosuball exercises throughout the lectures? I hate people like this too.
As far as everything else goes, don’t let this shit anger you, then they win.
College sucked. I feel bad for anyone not enjoying the “real world” more than college. Unless, like way stated, they had everything paid for them and chose an easy major.
Don’t underestimate the awesomeness of having money. I’m not rolling in cash or anything, but I’m doing pretty well for myself. I’m in the middle of buying a house, having a child, and if I want something that isn’t too crazy expensive I go buy it.
college is amazing im a freshman at asu and its been the most fun ever.
While I agree
completely
you are doing it wrong.
Life is all attitude, enjoy it for what it is and work with the shit youve got. Its all just different shit. I appreciate shit well and have experienced all kinds of shit, and it was a blast. Beer helped, but you have to see the opportunity here.
I agree with pretty much everything you said.
I also support whoever mentioned your anger being a product of your IQ. I tend to associate with pretty intelligent people, and it’s very easy to see the level of frustration with the world increase with increased IQ. It’s as if the people below the curve just ride the wave and adapt while those above would much rather bring about change or something of that nature. Unfortunately, changing things on such a grand scale is kind of difficult, if not completely impossible. That obviously leads to some frustration.
I don’t know about you 3id, but I only have 3 semesters left. I also don’t know how intensive your major is, but at this point for me, it’s about survival. Make note of all your observations, perhaps you’ll be able to use them to your advantage at some point or, at least better understand your surroundings and how they work.
Deep seeded racism, unjust blaming, and poor coping mechanisms.
the ‘Holden Caulfield’ complex, bullseye.
Their will always be things people don’t like about college. For example, i don’t really like the school portion of college.
So suck it up buttercup and focus on the things you do enjoy.
For me, that would be: eating a lot, being lazy, playing ultimate, working out, etc…
…and banging an insane amount of hot girls with southern accents.
You have to stop thinking you are so special and that everyone one is dumb except you. I guess they are thinking the same thing about your ugly shaved head. lol yeah right you have a ‘‘high IQ’’ who gives a fuck anyway. If you were that smart you wouldnt be wasting your time here and ranting
Everyone sees life differently but I cant see how life in general, college or not, can be fun.
