Literally. Seriously. And I’m tired of it. I NEED to figure out what to do. I know that I have to do a lot of rowing and such, but can you guys be more specific about exercises which helped you develop your backs?
Please tell me what info do you need about me so you can help me out with this. I’m 21, 6’1", 165lbs, and angry how I treated my body up till about last year(imagine a skinny guy with a pot belly). Or please link me to threads/articles that would help me
Help?

Since you are tall you probably have long arms. Tall guys with long arms are built to row.
So this is THE exercise that allowed me to build a shit-load of width on my back:
Use a bench press bench with Olympic bar. Load the bar. Face the bench (foot to head) and step up on top of the bench pad. Walk to the bar and take a 2" wider than shoulder grip. Pull the bar off the supports and step back slightly. Bend over and row allowing the bar to go down as far as possible to get a full lat stretch. Hold for 2 seconds in the top position against chest.
Good luck.
