I Have 10 Months to Get Ready for Football. Rate My Plan?

I’m going to be playing football as a senior in college next year.

Right now I’m 22, 5’7, 189lbs, and 18%BF going for a runningback position in 10 months.

I’m currently bulking up on Test-E 500mg/wk right now and have 5 weeks left of the cycle, with my goal being to increase my muscle mass as much as possible.

After the cycle, I’m going to maintain my weight and calories for 1-2 months and then cycle 500mg/wk of Test-E again with equipoise for an athletic stack.

During that cycle, I’m thinking about cutting down my weight as much as I can while focusing on reps for strength, as well as work on my speed and explosiveness.

Well you have some solid stats for a guy of your height (I’m shorter than you so don’t take that as an insult). Is this for college football or do you have a legitimate shot of going pro?

ANYHOW 1-2 months off cycle isn’t enough off time unless you are going to blast and cruise. In which case, if you are blasting and cruising (at… 22) make sure you regularly donate blood and keep bloods in line.

As far as performance enhancement, don’t get me wrong, anabolic steroids will give you a significant edge, whether it’s cheating or not is debatable, I don’t think so considering just about all athetes, tested or not tend to use them at the highest level. No one wants to see a bunch of regular people playing sport, we want to see freaks achieving feats of strength us mere mortals couldn’t imagine performing (such as throwing a ball 100 yards etc). Don’t rely too much on the juice, it’ll help (whether you train or not unfortunately) however to really get the most out of it and make it worthwhile you need to train your ass off, eat like a… larger animal of some sorts, maybe a blue whale… or a… giant panda (have you ever tried bamboo)… just kidding but you get what I’m saying.

What was your starting weight before cycle?

How long have you been training?

What’s your diet/macros look like?

What’s your pct plan?

At what stages do you plan on getting blood work done to monitor your health?

What’s your diet plan for the second cycle, i.e. how much of a deficit will you be in and for how long?

What’s your planned dose of EQ?
