Ok last night i had an ME day on low box squat(12 inch) i’ve worked up about 425 pounds. Last attempt i loose a little bit my abs (IAP) so i missed it and the bar roll off my back to hit des pins(stopper) the bar bended as fuck. Now i have to call the gym director defend my point of view to get my ass again in the gym .
FUCK YOU MAN IT’S GYM , ACCIDENT CAN HAPPEN.
‘‘dropping a big weight to not get not to be wounded if natural, save your ass before saving a fucking false power bar’’
Seb trainer at my gym tell this to the administrator.
Ha, that reminds me of when i was spotting someone in a little shit rack with no spotter bars, he unracked the wieght, took a step back, then just fell straight back. i ran for my life, ther was 315 justabout to fall on top of me. since the rack was small, ther was 75lb db holding it down and that flew like 4 ft in the air and the whole rack fell on top of a bench near by. we were both lucky niether of us got killed. Then everyone else tryed saying it was my fault for no spotting him right. WTF??

Damn, I thought this thread was going to be about how they told him to wear shoes.[/quote]
Screw the shoes!!! He should be getting checked out at the hospital. Seems like maybe he got hit with the bar or something because I could barely make out what the hell he was saying!

I live in America and speak English.
However, I am also French, but I never spoke the language. But I can do fairly well in Spanish.
Sorry to offend you Jonny boy. I didn’t realize until after I posted that you were from Canada and may speak French and not English.
And after reading your post in the physique forum, it appeared that you spoke/wrote English a lot better then than in this post.
What’s wrong? Can’t handle a little joke about those that need to learn how to read gooder? LOL!

He already cleaned up the garage from what I saw. Well, shitty gym, shitty equipment, shitty owners, shitty trainers, shitty spotters. Shit! time to get a home gym bro.
hey jonathan, its a GYM ! and “GYM !” means you’re supposed to pay for a year, lift very light weight for 7 weeks, give up and make room for the next weak light weight guy, come back 20 weeks later lift the same light weight for another 3 weeks… etc.
you see the problem is all yours. you’ve broken the rules. you’re not supposed to get strong to the point where you need- dare i write - heavy weights- (gasp! oh my !) to improve.
