oh I like my goals and like to push - but dont think I wasn’t in deep recovery for that evening and the next day.
It saturday and 85 degrees and about to rain .
I went to the track and did some crap.
earlier in the week - I did two days of something like
70 pullups and 200 50lb swings its hard to count the swings.
I did 100-150 pushups 4 days.
Ive been having some shoulder issues- surprise - so I have been doing shit ton of band work and LYTP shoulder save type crap.

Did a 26 hour day- that capped off 8 days in a row of work.
all in the pursuit of health care.
Im working on an episodic TV shoot as well as concerts- and big shows.
for TV we work off trailer- a 48 footer and we have a pullup bar - so I have been getting in 50-70 a day
combine that with walking a shit ton on set like 8-12 miles a day
and the physical nature of work -its hot af.
Im rather lean right now.
Friday was recovery day- in which I slept drank a beer and stretched.
Yesterday 7/31 I did 150 pullups- broken into three sessions - it wasnt that bad.
I had to do a shit ton of band work to make it possible

which I have not done for years like 20- but post covid - the quest for healthcare
two easy 10 hour days of that- capped off the week with what we call a fraturday.
start Friday at noon end sometime Saturday morning this one was noon til 4 am.
somehow I squeezed in 4 days of 100-150 pushups.
one day of kettle bell swing vs pullup
50 pullups 100 plus swings - with a 50 lber
yesterday Friday in the am 8/6 I did 4 rounds of 10 kb complex
row x rdl x high pull x clean x squat
no presses as I def did somthing not well in one shoulder.
did 5x10 of pull-ups at work - and walked 10 miles.
those walks are pretty typical in my work days- so I guess thats like cardio?
today I slept and drank a beer.
maybe 5x5 of that.
I lifted weights
but they where small

Had a day off- there is a strong man gym in my town -
they reopened recently hit them up or a day pass.
Next day off is sept 6 or I would have joined today.
they have good gear- man many speciality bars -
a kabuki tranformer

notes-
squats felt good- 275 280 ( bar is 55) felt heavy knee started to give out.
GHR - these are so good - when done on a proper machine
vs like a rigged up what have you.
slant board - rdl - did these in PT - have been researching alot bout knee health- HLR - been a long long time felt good but challenging af.
pull ups they had handle that spin - so much better on the elbows
