Got rid of all my baggage and yesterday my cardio reduced my meds so I slept 7-8 hours last night. I feel so much better. I followed the safe workout he agreed for while changing meds. It’s funny, it was basically a beginners workout but I don’t care because I am calmer. I go back next week to see if med change ok…full ekg. Until then pussy weights and light cardio, but at least I don’t feel like decapitating people. Haha, I don’t care about my appearance cuz I’d gone through such an ordeal and didn’t argue with him. I want a better life for myself. But I SLEPT omg, I actually woke up, took care of dogs and then slept in. Glorious I say, glorious!

Yup. My health comes first. The body heals itself if you take proper care of it to some extent. I just realized that’s my sleep PR that I’ve needed for I don’t know how long. The funny thing is he took me off my meds to sleep cuz they lower my heart rate and I need to keep it around where it was at on full dosage of “bitch in a bottle” haha
Well it will be 2 of us on pussy weights I am stuck there for some time.
I am starting a job to get out of my house as I was losing my mind and killing my leg in the gym.

7.5 hours of sleep…dangit fell asleep on couch watching the draft . But sleep ftw. Watching now cuz hubby recorded…I’m so lucky to have him.
