I’m with rsg here. I could stand to gain a bit more fat without having anything (health wise) to worry about, so I intend to keep putting on muscle for a while.
ttombobadly, it sounds like you have fat person syndrome (think it’s called that). You basically view yourself as still fat, and are terrified at the thought of putting on 2 lbs of fat while gaining ample muscle. But if you’ve been working out for a couple years, and weigh 155 you clearly either need another workout routine, as the one you’ve been on has you skninny-fat, or you need to work on your diet, or you have a false perception of yourself. Post a pic or two and we can give you some objective feedback.
