Maybe we’d be more welcoming if you posted your opinion, which you’re entitled to, as opposed to a blanket statement that anyone following advice on here is wrong, as well as denigrating a member who has made untold contributions?
You’re welcome to believe in an AI. Don’t expect or tell me to believe you when I’ve done both and have researched literature to base my decisions on. You’re coming off like a spoilt child unfortunately.
You seem to be getting to a very bad place with this demeanor and stubbornness.
AIs are seriously discouraged because there is a lot of evidence showing serious harm in using them and zero need for them in 95percent of medical trt. Go read some serious medical literature. And better listen to @unreal24278 because he has a lot of knowledge and doesnt speak about things he is not certain.
It is not a matter of politics and views. When something is black you cannot say it is white
He doesn’t have to listen to me. Everyone is enetitled to their own opinion, conclusions within medical literature are open to changing (hell diacetylmorphine was synthesised, researched and then marketed as a non addictive cough suppressant), for all we know… 20 years down the line we may all find we were wrong, testosterone causes heart attacks and SARMS are the new answer (highly doubtful, but ya never know).
I base my opinions relating to current bodies of data, how I understand the pharmacology/pharmacokinetics of varying drugs, hormones etc.
Long term use of an AI in conjunction with testosterone aside from a potential impact on NO output, neurology, glucose etc has been documented to induce a pronounced negative impact on HDL cholesterol, for some even with this HDL will remain above 40, but for many this will lead to a very sub par lipid profile
An what about bone mineral density?
My doc has showed me dexa scans of people that have beeen using even small doses of AI for a few years. There was a lot of yellow and red, but I know what yellow and read means
Freaking cult-like feeling in here nowadays, jesus christ
When I first came here, I was pro AI and said as much, yet no one attacked me… because I’m not a dick. Funny how that works. You came with an agenda.
I’m now experimenting with no AI (3 weeks in) to come to my own conclusions. So far, so good.
I was on an AI when I came here, no one attacked me. I’ve been off the AI for 7 weeks, feels good.
Bad dog! Bad dog! LOL… you’re a real comedian @tony6. You start off with no evidence of any kind to back your claim, feel like youre being attacked, and then run off crying. Take some more T and stop being a whiney little man. The no AI thing is not a cult. Nelson Vergel doesnt take any AI, and he never has. As a matter of fact he takes BC pills in order to bump up his E, since he fucked himself up with some other med that is similar to AI. If you block your E, one day Aromatase Function wont be there. How about that for healthy. You want friendly, be friendly. Oh, once I let my E do its thing, dick gets real hard and I suddenly have the need for engorged veiny tits in my face. Aint it wonderful?
No way… Nelson Vergel takes birth control… that’s not approved for use in men
I know he used 200mg nandrolone decanaote weekly for a little bit over a decade, hence why he’s quite muscular despite having HIV (nandrolone is used off label to treat HIV related wasting… as is oxandrolone, oxymetholone, testosterone etc)
But in terms of predispensity for inducing sides (neurological notwithstanding) nandrolone tends to be more tolerable for some when dosed high (as would be required for HIV)
Testosterone for some (such as myself… it’s rather rare and conflicts upon what literature currently has to say) isn’t well tolerated when dosed high, even in an acute setting. Say if my FT goes above 50 I can’t tolerate the acne, hair growth, autonomic dysfunction for say over 5-6 weeks…
I generally like to keep my FT at about 30, correlating to a TT of about 1000-1200.
I bet his T dose would work as BC for most women, and men for that matter. Sides might not be super desirable for the ladies though.
Not T, he’s saying Nelson takes BIRTH CONTROL pills, like levonorgestrel…m. Clinical trials demonstrate its reasonably well tolerated (aside from the typical sides women usually experience such as weight gain, mood swings etc)
These trials relate to using T + a progestin for hormonal contraception
Men complain a lot more though lol… a little bit of acne/slight loss in virility is a hell of a lot better than… getting someone pregnant.
@johann77 what’s you’re opinion regarding hormonal birth control for men… say if they decided to market 19-nortestosterone (or any progestin, whether it be classified as an anabolic steroid or not) + testosterone. Obviously there will be risks (at the low dosages employed I’d assume primarily relating to the induction of a hyper coagulable state), but do you think the practice shows promise? Are we potentially close to men having a decent option? I’d hypothesise we’d have to get around the stigma hormonal treatment tends to be steeped in, especially pertaining to men
I was joking. Sarcasm doesn’t work very well though text.
I think the issue with male BC is that you are trying to stop 100 million sperm vs blocking one egg. BBers have gotten their wives pregnant on huge doses of AAS. I don’t know how much adding progestin helps? Maybe a lot.
The cynical side of me thinks that if men got positive sides from BC (more muscle, higher libido, more energy) it would be seen as a negative.
It would
He states it here in this thread.
This 18 year old kid has forgotten more about this stuff than you will ever know.
Talk about combining arrogance with ignorance, you top the chart!
I’m nineteen now #suddenlymature #justkidding
Scary to think this is my last year as a teenager. I’m sure my best years are yet to come though… because if this is as good as it gets then… yikes!
I’d appears I’m sick (again)… so I’ll probably be lying in bed on here all day… prepare for many unreal posts today
I posted a thread I read on EM in which he mentions his use of BC pills.^^^^
I posted a video with a doctor who has studied this extensively.
I posted a link to a Google Drive full of literature and medical studies backing up what he is saying.
I posted a link to the channel that shows a dozen or so other doctors confirming the same thing.
He thinks @unreal24278 is an idiot @unreal24278 's left nut has a higher IQ than this guy.
Even after all that, it’s OPINION? Opinion how? Did I not provide enough evidence? This guy belongs on EM… by all means.
@tony6 if you’re reading this, you have demonstrated you have the IQ of tap water. Good job!
… I have the flu! Fantastic… (came on VERY rapidly)
RHR rose from 60BPM to 95-100BPM within one night, fever, blocked nose, sore throat, phlegm production, post nasal drip, nausea… dizziness… excessive sweating
That’s going to throw a wrench in things… I’ve been getting sick very frequently these days, I attribute it to mere bad luck… but come on… I further attribute it to the fact that I’m anaemic (iron deficiency anaemia)… Last time I checked haemoglobin was 130
I find the sides from iron supplementation to be very irritating. Given AAS further interferes with iron metabolism, I need to remember to take my iron DAILY
If you locked yourself in your room and never ventured out, none of this would have happened.
Hopefully tamaflu(not sure about your country ) works for you. Enjoy the dreams if you get it.
