Overtraining on a regular basis has given me headaches in the past as well as not eating before the gym. I eat a bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats Almond literally right before every workout and I don’t get headaches anymore. Plus I have way for energy in the gym. The headache thing took a while to figure out.

It was the girl I was pounding’s bowl but I’ll let her know.
You bring your cereal with you on a booty call?
Perhaps she enjoyed the pounding enough to keep his favorite cereal around for the after bangtime time
She keeps me stocked, I keep her stocked.
