Read better Danny. @thisguyneedst said in this freaking thread that his friends got tested
LOL U don’t like what they report so they could be lying. My golf buddies who can’t shut up about the cart girl they could all be lying too. What a conspiracy! And for what?
I do not know what “dialed in” really means and dislike the description. I can see “dialing in” a coumadin dosage, but when guys say they are injecting 62.5mg or take 8mg a day but 9mg is too much, it makes me scratch my head. This is not like the radio when 103.1 is clear and 103.2 is not.
But if dialing in means you’ve found the dose that works for you, then I guess I would say 80-85% of them are dialed in immediately after their first injection, since that is where they stay. I’m not sure, but if dialed in means reaching maximum results, some guys feel great in two to three weeks and others, while feeling better in three weeks, continue to improve for months.
In very general terms, I expect to see libido and energy levels improve in two to three weeks, strength in one to two months, with muscular gains, and fat loss, especially around the abdomen, in six months.
Great, they got tested. I missed that part. ALL his friends were around 500 total T. Wonderful.
This doesn’t mean anything.
If he got his total to 500 and expecting to feel exactly the way his friends feel because he now has the same number as them, he would be delusional.
OK, sorry for that. It’s really cool to have a “job” you are passionate about. It’s not “work” for me. So what do I do? After a busy day starring at EMRs on a computer screen, I sit and look at a computer screen and read about guys’ TRT experiences. Getting a little light headed, and there are so many posts/threads I just skimmed over this one.
Dialed in meaning you have determined their optimal dose and frequency of injection. Dialed in meaning there is nothing further for you to do.
Let’s call it ‘symptom free’ instead if you’d like. I have yet to meet a man who is symptom free after a single injection.
Yeah no worries Doc and no need to apologize. I just didn’t want it to come across that it was my anecdote. I have the anecdote about the golf buddies and the dealer meetings where everyone wants to go to the strip club.
I bet there is a lot of this. I can just look at some of these guys and I know it ain’t happening. But, whatever works, looking at the wife, she doesn’t look like she’d be interested either. Lifestyle choices. Some are very happy to wind down, eat like crap, and sit in the rocking chair for exercise. They’re fat, diabetic, have cholesterol issues, and the best working part they own is the pie hole. It’s all good as long as the spouse is good with it.
Well pornhub keeps having record years. Strip clubs don’t seem to be hurting absent Covid stuff. Normies seem to be doing what normies have always done.
Men are way less masculine than ever. Way less successful at attracting women, so they sit at home and jerk off instead.
The guys getting laid constantly aren’t on pornhub.
Also I keep hearing that there are a ton of former-TRT users. I don’t have a source for that but maybe someone can help me out here. Personally I know 2 former TRT users. Both just dropped it because they weren’t feeling better. Neither of them was started less than 150 a week.
OK, I’m taking it to mean their long term protocol is finally determined. The dose is not determined to be correct for several weeks, but it is usually the dose we started with and the only thing to do is refill the rx.
Shit doc. Next.
Which means they have a libido. Let me tell you what no libido looks like. I’d rather watch a gardening show than watch porn.
Meanwhile, my Friday night is seeing who responds first

LOL…classic.
Let me guess… you’re not doing 10mg a day… right? ![]()
So virtually every one of your patients starts at 150mg a week… and then that’s it. Good to go, no changes required, that’s the end of that.
Amazing.
So why does everyone here make it sound so complicated?
Think about it. Who reads TRT forums? Not people who are happy with their protocol.
Yep. The 1%.
And this is the place the 1% get their advice. From the rest of the 1% who don’t know what TF they are doing.
I might add, most definitely not the guys @highpull starts at 150mg a week and he never needs to see them again. The vast majority of his patients. Imagine that?
