I am Back!

Now thats a good build, just need to work on your calves.

Thanks, guys. Prisoner is right, actually  Working on my legs… Unfortunately calves simply do not respond no matter what I through at them :frowning:

Have you tried the DC protocol for calves? i.e. 15 second negative?

In my opinion you look great, a buff frank zane if I dare

Funny you said that… I was going for that look  I stole my rotated biceps pose from Zane. But I decided to do it standing on my knee to hide my legs a little…

yes, I did. Unfortunately with not much luck. Weird but I have great difficulty recruiting inner side of my calves. I am trying to keep my toes pointed out in most exercises, yet they still stay flat.
I would like to try to do sprints some day. Right now it is not an option since I am 7 weeks away from a competition and sprints will interfere with my workouts even if I replace cardio sessions with them.

Good luck at your show man. Top-notch physique.

Thanks, man.
Personally, I hardly see any changes in me, but it is very nice to hear comments like this.
They prove to me that I am moving in the right direction more or less
