I knew there was a reason I blocked this guy. (Ronald, not MAK)

LOL!
what?
uh, you realise that makes YOU gay, not them? Picturing 2 guys having sex is not something straight people do.

If you are going to use quotes, why not quote something that was actually said?
And i didnt know that being judgmental was a sex-linked trait.
also if you’re not going to judge a bodybuilder on how he looks… then what?
You should judge everybody at least partially by how they look initially. Its a useful trait to have in life. You wouldnt let your 16 year old daughter date a guy who looks like Marlyn Manson now would you? Maybe hes a gentleman and very intellectual, but more than likely he’s a weirdo and a loser. There is nothing wrong with judging someone by how they look as long as you have the capacity to change your opinion when they prove otherwise.
Most guys who have crazy hair and a bunch of tattoos and work out and listen to generic metal and do pushups in a speedo in the middle of the street are attention-whores, tools, douchebags, whatever you like to call em. That doesnt mean Cedric is but i wouldnt know.
Get over it.
Every single person here is no doubt guilty of judging people by their appearance, but when you do it to a bodybuilder or someone they know, everyone becomes paragons of morality…
For the sake of contributing something to the topic of this thread, a nice rice pudding recipe i saw from AV this morning. Gonna try this when im off my diet in a few weeks.
of course he wants to stick out physically…he’s a bodybuilder
he just seems quiet in the videos I’ve seen because a) they’re Anton’s videos so he’s not the star and b) Anton is a great entertainer so I think all of us would seem reserved in videos compared to him
also having triceps like that seems pretty common in advanced guys, bigass super full triceps that dwarf the biceps somewhat are the rarity in my opinion

I think thats often due to a lack of balance in their arm training rather than genetics. If he trains with AV and his triceps are lagging behind his shoulders and biceps like that, i assume it has more to do with the latter.
And just as i made assumptions about Ced, you assume both points A and B. Granted, you might be correct. I just dont understand why people are still coming back to this subject.
Cedric physique is pretty dam ideal for alot of BBers(aside for certain things). And you could probably maintain that size/leanness with minimal gear, but im a newb at it so maybe walkaway could shed some light on that.

I’m not sure about all of that but I do know that based of the last photo posted of him that his beard is the worst.

its impossible to say how much gear/gh/slin he is on as everyone reacts to it differently

VERY differently.
Walkway along these lines It seems a lighter weight short person would not need the amounts of gear a taller, heavier person would need to get similar results given his body structure etc.Do you think there’s truth to this,or is there really no way of knowing for sure.

there is no way to know for sure… it would be reasonable to assume that they would not need as much food however…

Thanks walk…
AV does a lot of posing towards the end, no matter what happens at the NYP, this guy has one of the best physiques in bodybuilding currently. He looks awesome at 2 weeks out.
Also, has anyone else noticed that Antoine is available to hire for online coaching? I was looking at his 12 week programs, and they are surprisingly cheap for someone of his caliber. I had no idea he offered these services. Im definitely going to keep him in mind in the future when ive got some extra cash to dedicate towards this.
