Hey, Hungry 4 More mentioned this stuff that he makes with peanut butter and protein powder called baby crap or something. That gave me the idea that more people should post delicious recipes that they’ve put together to get a bunch of protein and calories into one meal. I could definitely use more ideas, the same foods/mixtures of food get boring. By the way, it doesn’t HAVE to taste good. If you can stomach eating it and it works then I’d give it a try.
I also like those two or three protein snacks that were posted in an article about 6 months ago, if anyone remembers what I’m talking about.

Are you shittin me?? That’s awesome. I think I just found a new favorite meal for next fall…
^^^ throw in some black beans and frank’s hot sauce too. you won’t regret it.
one of my most common night time snacks goes as follows:
dice up some onion and start getting it going in a pan w/ coconut oil (fairly high temp). once they just begin to change color, throw in a handfull or two of spinach. next, add in eggs when the spinach is beginning to wilt. i usually do 4 whole eggs and 2 whites. scramble it all together. when it’s almost done cooking, salt pepper, and frank’s hot sauce to taste. put it on a plate and top w/ ketchup if you so desire. wash it all down w/ chocolate milks (what my gf calls a chocolate protein shake) and you’re set.
30g almonds put in the blender or food processor (15g works if you’re strapped for calories)
2 scoops Metabolic Drive
two pinches of salt
cinammon
splenda
two egss
mix together with a little bit of water and either eat or cook like a pancake for 3-4 minutes on either side
