Guys a prenup will only cover your assets before you are married. Most if not all prenups that are used to cover your assets throughout the marriage are ignored by courts since courts recognize all income during the marriage as family income and not individual income. Seeing as how they were together for most of his career she’d still be getting just about everything even if they had a prenup. If you truly think you might end in divorce you have to hide the assets but that opens up a whole can of worms with regards to ethics and legality. So have fun hiding your precious from Uncle Sam and Smeagol.
