Hugh Jackman vs Thomas Jane

I have stood in some of the most rediculous hotels in the world. You guys couldn’t afford to look at them.

I vote for me.

The Rock has shrunk to the point that he looks like everyone else lately. It sure hasn’t related directly with ‘better movies’.
This shrinking trend needs to be stopped. The Rock was my last hope and having seen his latest pictures my dissapointment is so great I stopped being a fan.

I watched the first X-man and wondered why such a small man was cast for such a role, I overlooked him.

On X-man 3 I looked at Wolverine and I saw some mass on chest and shoulders. It gave me hope again. On that account:

My vote goes for Jackman.

i saw him at hotel in bermuda two years ago. i couln’t belive it. he was actually pretty skinny (comparatively). almost like an NBA guy. seemed like a nice guy though. he had a meeting at the hotel restaurant. we were both staying at the same hotel. i’m sure most of you couldn’t even afford to stand in front of it.

You’re not rich or funny.

oh…i’m both, bro-sephus. i’m both.
No, you’re not. You’ve been douching around this site for a while and have added nothing but irritating, puerile snobbishness which you haven’t even earned.

You’ve said you make a whole $148,000 a year. So, you are rich…in Haiti or Cameroon or fucking Oklahoma or something.

All my i-banker and hedge fund a lawyer friends couldn’t pay their Visa bills on your masively impresive salary. And that was their first year out of school.

Hmm. I am really thinking that I should change my major about right now. Starting pay for a kansas city cop is 37,500.

You’re just now thinking about that?

I am being serious, Fife. Most pople don’t become cops for the great pay.

Don’t worry Barney, just turn the tables on this gold-digging crap and marry a rich woman.

One of my clients is a woman married to a cop, but things are just financially splendid because she makes over $150,000 a year. Plus, she’s hot.

Being a cop, done correctly, is a very honorable profession. Plus your retirement kicks ass.

Well, I know that cops don’t make a lot. But 37,000 sounds pretty good when your working your guts out for 20K at a truck bed factory in a white trash town. Its not that I thought being a cop would pay better, I just did not realize that everyone else made so much more. I figured I would only be 5,000 or so under all other first year college grads, but it sounds like a lot of other people make a lot more. Not that it matters, maybe with my cool uniform and handcuffs I can do like bauer said and find a wealthy woman. That, or I could make three meals a day down at the winchells donut shop and save some denaro. Also, I get the benefit of it being Mandatory that I work on christmas. Thats not something everybody gets! And, If I am killed in the line of duty, my widow (if I ever get a woman in the first place) would get a nice check.

If I hadn’t been turned down for ROTC a couple of years ago, I would only be making 32,000 a year, so I am actually coming out ahead.

I remember seeing a doc. on the green mile. and they actually had him walking on egg crates, or something like an egg crate to get him the height. thats why you never see his legs when they’re walking together. i forget how they made the truck rise up so much when he got off the truck. it was either a winch underneath it or airbags.

Dude, don’t think twice. doing what you love is the important thin in this life, not slogging away at some job you hate (and ALL my lawyer and banker friends hate their jobs with a pasion) to make money.

Besides, you do know about how much money cops make moonlighting, right? The officers you se at the side of the road by construction sites are making $60 an hour to nap.

That pretty much goes for any profession or job. It seems to be rare lately for most people to actually like their jobs. However, making over 100k a year does seem to help some people deal with it. Maybe they just die sooner.

Hey Barney Fife, as far as KCPD is concerned, I think you should apply and see how it turns out. You can do a ride-a-long also to see what a typical night is like.

I was a reserve officer in my hometown, the most interesting things I ever saw was fishing a body out of the river (suicide), and a domestic. I am sure that the evenings in KC are very wild, my grandfather says that there are parts of the city even the cops don’t go.

Right before X3 Jackman had a 315 Bench Max and a 1000 Leg Press max. But I’m sure he’s come down since then.

What the hell was the point of finishing off with that?

i’m just trying to be as obnoxious as everyone expects me to be.

was it too much?
