Huge Thanks to KSman

While he probably would never ask for it this guy deserves some serious recognition. Here is a guy that selflessly devotes his time to helping people every day at no charge, people that he has never even met. Years of educating himself and endless hours analyzing others problems for nothing other than to help out.

I think sometimes we forget that we are all human and we all have problems that we struggle with…for a man to put aside his own problems and devote himself to helping others that he will likely never even meet is truly incredible. Ksman , you are truly and exceptional human being and i, for one, thank you for all the help you have given me and others over the years. God Bless

I too, would like to express my gratitude to KSman.
I did not fail to noticed his non interested help with no ego attached via pm in the past.
Also today, thanks to his advice in the elbow pain thread to MichaelC, I healed a pain on my back/shoulder that developed into an elbow pain.

I have suffered with this since September 09 and could not find the root of the problem until KSman suggested to MichaelC in that thread that elbow pain could be shoulder or neck related.
I just came back from my doctor today having done laser and electrical stimulation on the neck area and the scapula pain and elbow pain were released.

KSman, you are The Man.

Thank you very much for sharing your wisdom with no strings attached.

Alpha F

I haven’t been around here long and I have not had any direct interaction with KSMan but I always read his posts in awe. His knowledge and kindness never cease to amaze me. KSMan: your posts are selfless acts of kindness and I appreciate them greatly.

Die

I always appreciate his posts and his willingness to help others out. Thanks for bringing it up. It gives others a chance to reflect on his generosity.

Morepain…Great thread!!!

I don’t post much, but read most of the Over 35 forum. KSMAN, happydog, KNB seem to be the cornerstone of TRT information. I have printed the protocols and information put forth by KSMAN to take to my doctor.

Thank you KSMAN for sharing your information and insight.

Most definitely THE go-to guy. Morepain and Alpha F hit it on the head.
I found this site “accidentally” and further stumbled onto this forum. I had known I had health issues but took on the attitude that “it is what it is”, suck it up and deal with it. Only I couldn’t anymore. Kept coming accross KSman’s posts and once I finally posted my dilemma, he was quick to respond.

What really hits home is the fact that I bettered my health, mentally and physically, due to his trials and tribulations he went through. I’ve (we’ve) been very fortunate to have someone who’s been there and was willing to learn and help educate the rest of us. There are a good handful of others that deserve gratitude but overall, KSman was the one that turned my life around. I don’t say that lightly. He has my utmost respect.
Appreciate you starting this thread Morepain.

I’ll jump on the bandwagon as well. The amount of knowledge that he has accumulated over the past couple of years is unbelievable. He is not only the go-to guy of T-Nation, but he’s getting a rep for knowing his stuff on other boards as well.

I was a bit worried a couple of times that he might be chased off by a few uneducated posters, but I’m glad to see that he’s sticking around and sharing his knowledge with people who truly need it. Thanks KSman.
