HT that avatar is straight up HARDCORE!!! Checked in the thread and on the crew and all looks great. Training hard down in Texas and my new girl is a powerlifter. We will be posting our training soon. A great week to you and the guys.
Second work after being sick for a week. Everyone here has this dry cough that won’t go away. Kind of a short one, but i left for Hobbs at 7 and got back at 6.
BB row 135X10,185X10,225X10
RDL 315X10,405X10,455X10
hammer curls 65X10X3
Breathing kind of hard, headed to steam room. Hope all is well.
yesterday- prowler madness-4-minutes continuous walking, followed by 4 40 yard sprints. ugh. wanted 6 sprints after the “warmup” but my stomach threatened to produce my b-fast in a steamy pile in front of me, so I stopped at 4.
good times.
today deadlifts and front squats, will report back on how it went.
My 25lb restriction has been lifted!!! Have started to “train” again…2 workouts under my belt so far…doing some very unorganized/unorthodox workouts but am trying to slowly feel my way along, rather than shoot my load all at once within the first several workouts…I will post specific workouts after a couple of weeks of re-familiarizing myself with the lifts and getting better ideas of what my starting strength levels are.
Hope all is well with the gang!

thanks for the update Art, keep them coming… I responded to your message on facebook, but I never heard back from you! whats up?
saturday morning, it was cold, and I had a really busy 12 hour night shift, on my feet the entire night, I should have taken it easy, or warmed up a lot more, but I am stoopid…so I hit the prowler hard with little warm up on a cold morning after a rough night at work…and pulled a calf muscle , again. real low this time, so low, I was worried it was an Achilles injury, got one of the orthopedic surgeons I work with to check it out later that night at work, says the tendon is intact, just feels like I frayed some muscle tissue low in my calf is “all”.
fuck. there goes heavy duty conditioning for a week or so. so on the airdyne bike for me 5 days this week. blah, boring, and not nearly as awesome as prowling.
depends on how bad. tore one so bad my ankle and foot swelled up so bad that i could not put a shoe on for days. that one kept me from sprinting or doing OL for over a month.
this one does not seem nearly as bad, but it is in a spot (low) that has never happened before, so I dunno.
