We picked up a young rescue dog a little over a year ago and nursed it back to health. By far the best dog I’ve ever had. Thanks for taking Chance in and give’in him another.

A Great Weekend to all. Been very busy at work and nothing very exciting to post. Think Jimmy T and I have decided to postpone our meet to June. Bench of all things has been as good as ever. Recent pr of 355, maybe one day I’ll get a shirt. CONGRATS TO ART, HE AND BETTY GOT MARRIED TODAY. What a blessing to the world. I just tried to call them and I guess I called at the wrong time, go figure.

Hey Gang!!! Yes, the rumors are true…I got married to my soulmate over the weekend. I had “co-habitated” for over 10 years and it was time! Barry, I’m sorry I wasn’t able to come to the phone when you called…we went to lunch after the ceremony and our waiter was horrible, the food sucked and to add insult to injury, he spilled vinagrette salad dressing all over me!!!

I was upstairs trying to get the smell off of me, success, not so for my clothes and jacket! I haven’t been able to workout in the garage for about 8 days, BUT, I have shoveled a shit-load of snow during that time period…I can’t even tell you how negatively my body reacted to the shoveling!

barry, if you dont enter a masters push pull meet, i will jump off a bridge.

yesterday. decided to try to go all out on dips and see what i could do. i put 2 elbow sleeves on the bad arm, and used a wider bar spacing, to put more stress on delts pecs than triceps(cuz after all , i have only one arm with a functioning triceps, LOL)

the results:

100 reps total. 5x20xbodweight(225) thats right beyatches, 225. lost 2 pant sizes, can fit in my 36’s now.

chins, bw x 0. that tearing sensation in my left upper arm, UGH! when is that fucking thing gonna get better?

chest supported rows 4 plates x 6/dumbbell rows 90lbs x 12/rope face-pulls x20 giant/triset. did all three movements in a row with no rest. did this twice.

standing dumbbell curls, “ran the rack” starting with the 60lbers x 6, then went down 5lbs a dumbell untill i got to the 30’s.

ran out of gas! done!

shoulder tri set with chains. cuban presses x 10, side laterals x 10, upright row x 10. ugh, these were ball breakers!!! done.
