HSS-100 Questions....

I think you should have 2 leg days, one for quads and one for hams. Thib recommends this in the article for HSS-100.

I would do the two days of legs. but becuase of my schedule with college and work i really cant fit it in…im not one to just not do something unless i really couldnt, and i really can not do the two days a week of legs…soo i encorporated them both into one day…i think it will work fine, but i guess time will tell…

I am working hams on the same day as back and quads on the same day as arms. That might help save you some time.

Hmm thats not a bad idea…ill try to screw around with my workout and see if it will work…but im not so sure about that, i did the leg workout i made up and it felt great…

i have legs again tomorrow and ill do mine again…if it feels good i think ill just stick with the quads and hams the same day, if i do feel its too much than next week ill try your way…definitley a good idea though and will keep it in mind…

anyone have anything to say about this workout?? Body composition? Strength?? how did you like it??

I do it like that because if I try to deadlift and squat in the same day, then my performance suffers on one or the other.

Im just starting the program and its pretty rough. Im excited to see how it works out.

Yes its deifinitely rough, but i love it…im going to start doing deadlifts as the first excercise on back day, than squats are my first excercies on leg day…that way i have two very powerful muscle building excercises on two seperate days, that i can give 110% on…i feel that will work best for me, rather than doing them on the same day…

Great workout today…as follows…

-DB Flat Bench - 4 x6-8 75, 90, 100, 120lbs

-Decline DB Flyes - 3 x 10-12 35lbs
s.s
-Decline DB Bench - 3 x 8-10 55,60lbs
s.s
-Lateral DB Raises - 3 x 8-10 - 30lbs

-Wide To Close DB Press - 3 x 10-12 50, 60, 65lbs

-100 Reps DB Incline - 30lbs

im really loving this program and its only my second week…cant wait for legs tomorrow!

How are you guys doing your chest/shoulder day? Are you doing the hss-100 for chest, then the hss-100 for shoulders? just trying to put this program together so i can get it started.

Read the articles  It states pretty clear, that you ONLY use 1 specilization-program at a time.
So HSS-100 Chest for 4 weeks, then HSS-100 Back for 4 weeks, then HSS-100 Shoulders for 4 weeks or something like that.
Or the regular HSS-100 with NO specilization for 12 weeks or whatever you please

I meant the HSS-100 program with no specialization. on chest and shoulder day, should you use the HSS-100 protocol on chest and shoulders, or just add in a couple of isolation exercises for shoulders.
