Where in the Hp Mass Program, could you feasibly implement Weighted Carries e.g Farmers Walk, without detracting from recovery and performance? Upper Pressing days, Lats/Biceps day, Neural Charge days etc? How frequently could you use them?

You can use them on the “big lift” workouts, at the end of the session. My reasoning is that from a recovery stand point it’s better to make a demanding day more demanding then to turn less demanding days into demanding one… that way you still have days where you facilitate recovery
