How You Guys Feel About Steroids Side Effects?

i have done a lot of research so i do realize that many many of the side effects portrayed in the media are either blown out of proportion or circumstantial or can be avoided if done responsibly

but their are some side effects that definetly do come about normally even if the cycle is done properly the ones im most concerned with are ED depression and low libido

so from experience users what do you think? are these sides things that are tolerable and after you experience them does it fuck with your head at all like if you were in pct experience some ED and then once you were done with PCT and everything and were working fine you still get some anxiety thinking that it could happen agian effecting your performance?

and then for the depression what kind of depression are we talking here? is it like the worlds ending or is it maybe just an off day feeling?

then for libido do you feel your libido ever came back 100%?

sorry for so many questions im just wondering how experience users can describe these sides and how extreme they are

also incase anyone has experience since their are no long term studies really do you think that after using and having the sides but having a successful cycle with a full recovery in PCT do you have experience or think that lets say maybe 10 or 15 years down the road you will have these problems come back to haunt you?

also i do realize that answers to all these questions can vary due to the cycle but im just wondering general experiences

thanks for any help guys

They’re user dependent, drug dependent, etc…

I’m by no means a ‘vet’ here, so take this with a grain of salt, but i’ll give you my experience.

ED and low libido would be a concern during/soon after PCT. I just finished my first PCT and my libido is steadily coming back to what it was pre-cycle. During PCT it was lower than normal, but that’s to be expected.

(Clarification: people can experience low libido on cycle due to a few things… Most of them can be controlled with ancillary drugs, which should be included anyway, (ie, an AI to control estrogen, or a prolactin agonist if you’re using tren or nanrdolone).)

While I was on test, my libido was through the roof.

As for depression… I don’t know. I think the general thinking on this is that as long as you don’t have pre-existing mental health problems, and you use the correct injection frequency to avoid large fluctuations in hormone levels, you should be okay. I for one felt on top of the world on 500mg test/wk, and even more so when I was on test and D-bol.

During my PCT there were days I felt ‘down’ or ‘blue’ if you will, but that’s to be expected, too. I think part of it was just comparing how I felt on cycle to how I felt off cycle. I wouldn’t say I ever felt ‘depressed’ though.

Like I said, I’m no expert, and manipulating your body’s hormones is quite powerful, and of course everyone will react differently, but in my limited experience, the side effects are overblown.

Definitely user/drug dependant as rrjc says, but one thing I have noticed is that often people who suffer the most have the most fucked up injection frequencies. Not always obviously, but it does seem to be a theme.
