That is because they simply don’t give a shit. These were city workers I believe, and in my experience city workers are the worst types of employees you can have. They are typically uneducated. They are mostly union, so they don’t give a fuck if the job they do is good because the union will back them. I am not surprised at this because I know they just didn’t give a fuck what happened.
