OK i got my whey isolate,I have about a kilo for a month.So how do you guys suggest me to use it.I train 3 times a week so I thought to use three scoops (1000g/28g per scoop=35.7 so Its just enough for one month)of it pre and during my training.
how do you suggest I take it?What with?

For now, 2 scoops after training is a good start. Beginners forum is a better place for this.
At the end of the day, your whey protein is meaningless if the rest of your diet isnāt in check.
Scoop with your breakfast preferably mixed with milk and olive oil.
Scoop with a carb (and protein) meal pre workout.
Scoop with simple carb powder during the workout.
I was going to be dick⦠but I figured Iād be helpful. Around your workout is a good place to start. Other than that, I treat whey as just some extra protein between meals.
thanx a lot guysā¦Currently I drink 750 ml of milk 5 eggs and some Nesquick cocoa powder(i chose Nesquick because it has some sugar in it) for breakfast so I think im sticking to having whey pre and during my workout.
Today(before I read your posts) I drank one pre workout with some simple carbs then i pored 2 scoops in 1.5L of water one teaspoon of sugar and one teaspoon of Nersquick and drank it throughout my workout.
