How to Use Kettlebells for Light Conditioning?

This popped back into my mind when I was playing around with my little bells the other day: Does anyone do one-arm swings anymore?

Two-handed swings seem to be the “default” basic movement, but does anyone use the one-arm version consistently or are they out of fashion? I kinda like them for the increased grip work and core involvement.

Yes. Simple & Sinister by Pavel is based around 1 Arm Swings and Get Ups.

I personally favor doing 1 Arm Snatches instead of 1 Arm Swings but that’s just me. I’ve started doing Simple & Sinister for conditioning recently and it feels weird doing a 1 Arm Swing and not snatching the bell overhead!
