Hey guys, the above states it. I’m on 400mg test (second cycle) and been liking it but when I do BJJ/wrestling my muscles start burning and getting tight much quicker. It almost feels like I’m about to start cramping. Mainly my back, legs, and feet. Plus cardio has taken a small hit.
I’ve heard of cramps on high test but why does this happen? I’m wondering if it’s because of something with the heart like lipids, bp, etc… or maybe something with water retention?
For context I’m also taking Meldonium which definitely helps the cardio and this a bit and 2g of Taurine a day.
Some theories I have for possibly fixing it other than just bringing the test down are mega dosing potassium and taurine, or adding in masteron (if it’s a water retention thing to dry out?)
P.S. My blood pressure is good, estrogen in check with 12.5 aromasin eod (also using hcg). I just got to week 5 with a clean diet, no processed foods, high carbs because of the Meldonium, my body fat is around 10-12% as always, been doing a lot of cardio (which has sucked lol), been grappling, lifting, interval training, and cardio consistently for 6 months. I would like to keep the dose for the gains if possible so I hope there’s a way around this.
