Usaully 3-5 reps. How should the reps be? Not near failure right (at least for the main lifts)?
Hard to explain. I mean like I feel as if I cant exert max force. Weight moves slow usually (even when the weight isnt too “heavy”). If that makes sense?

What are biotest surge products? test boosters?
Definitely near failure; just not TO failure. Push yourself for the PR sets.
I usually stop when rep speed slows down considerably or 1-2 off failure. What about the accessory work?
If you mean the assistance work, don’t overthink it. Just get in the reps.
