How to Make the Munchies just STOP

So, I’ve been seriously training for around a year now…

I have very good will power for training but I just suck at nutrition. I know all the WHAT’S, WHEN’S and HOW’S to eat but I just can stick for it for more than two or three weeks!

The worst thing is that I know my results would double by just keeping my diet in check… but I just love foods like pizza, hamburgers, etc…

Big thing for me is to not be overly strict. In the long run you will more closely adhere to your diet and have better results. By this I mean don’t fret over having a burger - just have a salad with it and drink water or diet soda. Eating pizza once or twice a week is fine. Beer is also ok in moderation. If you are training hard and eating right 80 % of the time then you should be fine.

Also, don’t get into the “all or nothing” mindset. If you binge one night don’t think that your diet is shot and continue with the binge the next day.

I just fit those foods you mentioned into my macros on an almost daily basis…

This is a good idea if something like a 1x per week cheat meal doesn’t do it for you… Or if once you start eating junk it’s too hard to stop.
