should i use moisturizer after the wash?
since the wash makes the skin feel sort of burned, and super dry, or is that fine?

The keratolytic effects are therapeutic. There should be a drying out of the skin and peeling with this wash
The antibiotic shouldn’t have effects on the moisturizing of the skin.

When I took it years ago I stopped because it made my face look worse (I took it at least 3 months like prescribed).
The redness is normal and should stop after a week.
The peeling is therapeutic so if you don’t like it, then stop.
If redness and a feeling of tension in your skin gets progressively worse then it’s a sign of an allergic reaction and you should stop.
In a bit of a predicament. found the perfect protocol for me. Just went from 20mg eod to 30 mg eod and I feel amazing. However my only annoying side effect is acne. I didnt have any issues at 2o mg eod, but felt much worse. So im hoping to take care of the acne rather than dropping my dose.
Is tretinoin effective? Id rather exhaust other options before trying accurate
