Sounds about right…
neck extensions (lying on a bench)with plates on the head,high reps (15/20)with heavy weights,next sessions lighter weights with explosive speed .when you can’t do a full range rep go for partials and then for 10 sec. iso,neck is small so you can go to failure without burning out,2xweek it’s enough ,very imo, if you do heavy compounds (bench,rows,squat) during the week,dont know why but heavy bb rows seems to hypertrofize the neck,ah shrugs of course…my neck now is well over 50cm,53?? and I’m training it light and no shrugs because big neck and decent traps make my shoulders look smaller…
