I started my first cycle of 250mg test cyp E3.5D and 250iu hcg EOD on March 16 (exactly 7 weeks ago). My bloods at the end of week 4 were 2700 test and 72 e2, I got them done early because my bp skyrocketed but I had no other symptoms. In the meantime e2 sides have become worse.
- I dropped the hcg 2.5 weeks ago because I was a bloated mess and my bp was dangerously high even with telmisartan, that helped quite a bit but not enough.
- I dropped the test from 500 to 400mg 1 week ago as well, hoping to avoid using AIs, but obviously it takes a couple of weeks for new levels to even out so I’m not sure how big the effect will be.
- In the meantime I started 12.5mg of aromasin E3D (took second dose tonight), because the bp hasn’t budget at all and the feet edema is getting worse.
Completely unrelated to this, life has been rough the past 3 weeks and I need to travel in 2 weeks for at least a week, if not more. My head really isn’t in the game, I have no appetite, I don’t sleep, and I don’t want to travel with needles. The timing couldn’t be any worse, but that’s life.
Given I’ve only been on cycle for 7 weeks, and 4.5 of those I was on hcg what would be the best way to come off the blast safely and effectively? I can travel with pills, but I’m trying to avoid syringes. The last 200mg injection was earlier today - I’m thinking of starting 250iu of hcg EOD tomorrow for the next 2 weeks, and on day 15 proceed with 1 week of 20mg Nolvadex ED, and taper down to 10mg for 5 more weeks.
Is that a reasonable plan? I also assume it’s a good idea to keep taking the 12.5mg of aromasin E3D with the hcg or until the swelling and bp go down?
