Hey, I had a night out and it feels like I look twice as little as I was the day before the party.
I understand that I lost a good amount of fluid and carbs along with it, just curious. What will be the fastest way to re-gain the lost “size”. Usually it takes around 4 days to get carbload for me, but there must be a better ways? Should I consume more simple carbs? My regular intake of carbs is around 400 day. Should I bump it up to 700?
Any other tips on how to go out and not get too deplted (besides not going out at all). I do drink a lot of water during the night and eat properly.

Get bigger.
Seriously.
You sound like those guys who jump down and do 20 push ups before they go out to a club and try to hold the pump as long as possible. You literally grow out of that phase if you are actually carrying enough size on you that people don’t have to guess that you workout.
In other words, because I know that just went in one ear and out the other, you are focused on the WRONG ISSUE. If you suddenly think you look small because you had a “night out” (whatever that means), then you weren’t that big to begin with. There would be no reason for someone who was working on size to be worried about “carb loading”. Unless you were completely carb depleted from dieting down, you wouldn’t suddenly lose all of the glycogen in muscle tissue in only one night.
