How’s my first cycle plan looking?

Hi guys, relatively new to the forum but have been doing a lot of research with some of the amazing info that is in here.

I’m Looking to do my first cycle and need a bit of advice/guidance.

obviously I have a bit of learning to do, so I’ve set out most of what I know so far and a rough plan that I’ve got, I do plan on making a lot of changes so constructive criticism is appreciated.

Advice on things I should be researching or considering would be appreciated also.

Please Note: I do not plan on starting my cycle for at least another 3 months so am taking the time to study it as much as possible.

Here’s some info about me.

  • 22yo male
  • have been training & competing consistently in amateur level kickboxing/boxing since my junior year of high school ( about 9 years) but recently I’ve stepped back from competing to focus more on my weight training + S&C.
  • Weight: Currently coming to the end of a weight cut, 76kg down from 83kg.
  • Body fat percentage: currently about 10-12%
  • Height : 182cm
  • Goal is to put on a few solid kilos of lean muscle and to help with performance in kickboxing

After doing research in forums here’s my cycle plan so far so far, any advice hugely appreciated. I’m tryna keep it simple and as low risk as possible.

Week 1-12: 250mg test-e (E3D) for a total of 500mg p/w.

HCG: 250 IU EOD for duration of on cycle.

Stopping a week before PCT.

AI: aromasin on hand in case of excessive bloating/ itchy nipples.

(Aromasin because to won’t have negative interactions with Nolvadex?)

Week 12/13: Nothing

PCT: (serms) Nolvadex 10-20mg/day for 6-8weeks starting at 20mg and reducing to 10mg if sides become to prevalent.

Some things I will research more before my cycle are

blood work ,Correct use of HCG and AI.

I’ve read that arimidex has negative effects with Nolvadex, I am a bit confused on this as I’ve seen a lot of people recommending arimidex as an AI incase of gyno but also recommending Nolvadex as PCT, does aromasin have the same issue? If someone could clarify on that please that would be great.

My source has been suggesting a slightly different first cycle and I would also like opinions on this as I had a few questions mainly on if the proviron was really necessary. I also couldn’t find much info on using letrozole and if it would be the right choice for my cycle and also is it common to run both clomid and Nolvadex?

  1. 3 x Test E 250mg 10ml

  2. 1 x Anavar 10mg/100pcs or MK-2866

  3. 2 x Proviron 25mg/100pcs

  4. 1 x Letrozole 2.5mg

  5. 1 x Clomid 40mg/100pcs

  6. 1 x Nolvadex 20mg /100pcs

Sorry if I’ve missed any info and thanks a lot of reading this far, again won’t be starting cycle for a few months so still have a lot of time to learn.

You should really wait until you are fully developed. You don’t want to start messing with your hormones at such a young age.

You can easily do this with hard training and proper diet.

Plan your cycle. Then wait until you are at least 25. You might smarten up by then

You are fairly young for starting AAS. But it is not for me to criticize as I started at 21 years old.

Now is when I ask how strong you are. What are your best lifts, and how much weight can you do for whatever reps you train with?

Can you post pics, so I can get an idea of the quality of muscle you currently have?

This is technically 585mg weekly, average, unless you plan on doing every 3.5 days.

Your original plan seems about right. Solo Test is what most of us start with. Proviron isn’t really helpful with Test only cycles IMO. Anavar is effective but again, you probably should stick with one compound for your first go. Your suggested layout and PCT is what most people do, so don’t let your source push you into more.

FWIW I think you’re too young as the others do and also one cycle is likely not going to get you long lasting permanent growth but it “could”. I only chimed in because I feel like you’re going to do it anyway and plan A is more on par.

Yea a lot of people have said I should wait a bit longer, I’m still deciding I guess.
I’ve attached a photo of my current physique, as you can see I’m quite skinny still.
Obviously heavy weight lifting isn’t a huge part of my training as a boxer, I do weight train 3 times a week still but usually slighter higher reps, if I was to go on cycle I would change up my training a bit to maximise size gains.

Currently I do a lot of kettle bells and body weight exercises like dips/pullups/box jumps etc, in my weight training I’m benching around 45kg for 3 sets of 10, squatting about 60kg for 3 sets of 8 as well.

Dude, no.
