You should use HCG at a minimum twice weekly do to the short half-life (2 days), 500 iuā€™s is the maximum you should inject per injection.

If HCG isnā€™t enough to restore fertility on its own, then you might consider adding FSH injections to your regimen and is far cheaper at compounding pharmacies (Empower) versu retail pharmacies.
