How much sleep is adequate?

Well, I am not longer in so my access to the newer studies is limited. But for six years I lived using a sleep cycle know as “Ranger Nabs”, basically you sleep for 15-20 minutes every four hours. Further research on this so that this method had been employeed by Thomas Edision and Buckminster-Fuller. I am not use how it would effect you bodybuilding goals. At the time I did it, I had already reached the maximum weight allowed for my height by the military and was quite fit.

Remember the army wants it soldiers available 24 hours a day seven days a week and operating at a high level of efficieny and the long term health of the soldier is not a major(or minor consideration). Can anyone say cannon fodder?
