How Much Protein During 2wk Rest?

I weight 77kg

So far, I’ve been eating 160-165g of animal protein every day .

Now, I’m forced to start 2-week rest period, so I know that i should lower amount of protein & carbs consumed every day not to gain too much fat.

But question is: how much protein should I eat during these 2 weeks ?

i see no reason to limit protein. replacing some carb cals with fat cals wouldn’t be a bad idea though. may i ask what exactly is forcing this rest period?

i had a nose surgery and I must rest a bit

my current kcal is sth between 3000-3050. on non-workout days 150kcal less

i eat

2,5g (animal+plant) protein / kg body weight
5g carbs / kg
1g fat / kg

I wonder if I should decrease carbs by sth like 2g ?

Just focus on getting as much pizza as you can during your 2 wk rest.
