How Much Protein at Once?

I generally try to get a gram of protein for each pound of body weight. It seems to work well for me and i get to eat a lot of meat which is super.

I weigh 215 so i do use a few protein shakes a day to help out too.

I don’t measure exactly how much protein i eat every day, but get enough to meet my goal or more for sure.

I usually buy about five lbs of ground beef, 3 gallons of milk and some chickens at a time and go through it in a week or less, plus going out to eat and other food types.

I am very happy with my growth and strength gains on my current protein intake.

I have a very fast metabolism though and perform lots of cardio, so maybe i need more than most to sustain gains.
