How Much Grow! Are You Guys Drinking?

Just wondering, how much Grow!/Low-Carb Grow! are you guys drinking a day?

I am 165lbs, Grow! 3 Scoops a during the day, and 1.5 scoops Low-Carb Grow! before bed.

depends i guess but usually two to three servings of low carb at least three times a day, if “bulking” three servings of Classic Grow! in the morning before 1 p.m. and two servings of low carb twice after 1,and one scoop before bed. if dieting all low carb all the time, well it seems like it. usually three scoops two to three times in the morning and the same in the afternoon and two scoops with 1 to 1 1/2 cups of cottage cheese. of course i also eat “regular” food.

I typically have 2-3 GROW! shakes per day. I would say it is a main staple in my diet. My last shake of the day is before bed.

When I was pregnant I practically lived on GROW!, it was mostly all I could stomach. My little one was born 4 weeks early and came out weighing 6 pounds 9 ounces. Just goes to show eating healthy and getting good quality protein can make a difference!

I usually have at least 2 Low-Carb Grow! shakes a day. I also use it in my oatmeal, coffee, and plain yogurt.

Note to self…I need to place an order tonight for Low-Carb Grow! and Surge.
