I’ve heard numerous times about putting Crystal Light into the natural-flavored Grow protein, and I definitely want to try it, but how much powder do I add to two scoops?
I bought a canister of CL that has a bunch of little separate packages, and it says that one package makes a pitcher of the drink so I guess I wouldn’t need much to flavor a single protein shake. Anyone have any advice?
Um experiment and see how muchyou like in it for your personal taste add a little try it add a bit more etc. Or make a pitcher of it and use that pour a glass of it to make your shake.
